✅ Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered

📌 Change of mind, dislike, or expectation mismatch is NOT eligible for return.

⏰ Return Time Frame

  • Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery

  • Complaints made after 24 hours will not be entertained

🎥 Proof Requirement

To process a return request, customers must provide:

  • Clear unboxing video (from opening the parcel)

  • Photos or video clearly showing the issue

⚠️ Claims without proper video proof will be rejected.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items reported after 24 hours

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is inspected

  • Refunds will be issued as:

    • Replacement product OR

    • Store credit (if replacement is unavailable)

📌 Cash refunds are not provided for Cash on Delivery orders.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost

  • If the issue is not our fault, return shipping will be paid by the customer

📦 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
